Who we are

VoltBrik GTM ("we", "us") provides outbound sales and CRM services to business clients. This site is voltbrik.com. You can reach us at hello@voltbrik.com.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you request a call or a resource, you give us your name, work email, company website, which CRM you use, and anything you write in the message. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for the call.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run and secure the site.
• Embedded video. The About page embeds a YouTube video in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube sets no cookies until you press play. Once you do, YouTube's privacy policy applies.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to deliver resources you asked for, to provide services under a contract with you, and to keep the site secure. Our legal basis under GDPR is your consent for marketing emails, our contract with you for service delivery, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and running the site.

Email and outreach compliance

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR for contacts in the EU and UK, the CAN-SPAM Act for contacts in the United States, and the Spam Act 2003 for contacts in Australia. In practice that means:

• Every marketing email we send identifies who it is from, uses an accurate subject line, and includes a working unsubscribe link and a postal or business contact address.
• Unsubscribe requests are honoured within 10 business days, and usually immediately.
• Business-to-business outreach we run for clients is sent only to professional contacts with a legitimate interest in the offer, from the client's own sending domains, and stops on request.
• We do not buy consumer lists, and we do not send to personal email addresses for marketing purposes.
• Where GDPR applies, our lawful basis for B2B outreach is legitimate interest, assessed per campaign, and you can object at any time.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business, such as email, calendar and CRM software, under their own privacy terms. We never share your information for their marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to two years after our last contact, or longer where a client contract requires it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@voltbrik.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be noted on this page.
